12.2. The Company reserves the right to not process or to cancel your Order in certain circumstances which the Company deems appropriate at its sole discretion. The Company also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in connection with your order. You may need to provide additional information to verify your identity before completing your order. The Company will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.
12.3. You will only have access to the subscription services while your subscription is active and subsisting. The services shall be available on the only upon purchase of the subscription and will continue until the end of your current subscription period or till the prescribed period under your subscription gets completed, whichever is earlier.
12.4. All amounts are payable and charged (i) at the time you place your Order and, (ii) at the time of each renewal, using the payment details you have provided.
12.5. For all subscriptions there will be auto-debit at the renewal dates as shared at the time of subscription.
12.6. We reserve the right to change our subscription services or adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as the company may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes or changes to your subscription fees will take effect following notice to you. The company does not guarantee that the charges will be the lowest in the city, region or geography.
12.7. All subscription services purchased by you are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-saleable and non-transferrable. In the event, you wish to discontinue with your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the fees you have already paid for your current subscription period and you will be entitled to receive the services ordered until the end of your current subscription period or till the prescribed number of classes under your service gets completed, whichever is earlier. - Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of as per the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 formulated under the Information Technology Act of 2000 in India withstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in India with any dispute between you and Company arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms of Use each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms of Use will be in the state and/or federal courts in India. If any part of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms of Use on this site will govern the items to which they pertain. Company may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting.
